OUR WARRANTY POLICY

Iroly Australia (“Iroly“, “we“, “our“, “us“) is committed to produce top-quality products that ensure an unparalleled user-experience. We provide 12-month warranty on all of our products against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusion

Our warranty does not cover the following:

(a) Any use of the product outside of its intended purpose, or used in extreme situations.
(b) Typical wear and tear from usage over time, deemed reasonable.
(c) Improper storage of the product.
(d) Products not acquired from Iroly Australia or our authorised dealers.
(e) Issues stemming from the buyer's failure to review the product description
(f) Issues arising from the buyer's failure to follow the care instructions.
(g) Products that have been modified or altered without authority from Iroly Australia.

Iroly Australia retains the right to repair or replace the goods at our discretion, with the exception of freight costs to and from Iroly Australia or our authorised dealers, which are your responsibility.

Iroly Australia reserves the right to modify products and designs without obligation to implement these changes in previously manufactured products, or those already in the possession of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not include these modifications.

Warranty Claim Submission

In your submission of warranty claim, you should meet the following requirements:

(a) Proof of purchase must be presented.
(b) The product must be bought in Australia from Iroly Australia or our authorised dealers.
(c) The product must be returned to Iroly Australia or our authorised dealers.
