OUR RETURN POLICY
Iroly Australia (“Iroly“, “we“, “our“, “us“) offers a return policy that allows for replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund under the following conditions:
(a) You provide proof of purchase from Iroly Australia or an Australian retailer AND;
(b) The product does not serve its intended purpose; or
(c) The product is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards; or
(d) The product does not match the sample or description provided by us
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods before proceeding with a repair or replacement. This assessment may lead to refusal of repair or replacement. You are required to bring back the product latest by 30 days from the date of purchase, ensuring that all labels or tickets remain attached.
Our products include guarantees protected by the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be waived. You have the entitlement to receive a replacement or refund for a significant failure. Moreover, if the goods do not meet acceptable quality standards, you have the right to request repairs or replacements, unless the failure is considered significant.
Items on sale are non-returnable and considered final sale, except if they have manufacturing defects. We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases or on items purchased before a sale begins
